From personal experience, I know that the path to success doesn’t always follows an obvious trajectory. I first met Kelly at a Udacity-sponsored hackathon. Her outgoing and positive personality shined in one of the first testimonial videos I ever made. At the time, she was still on her path to becoming a developer full-time. About a year later we caught word of her success in transitioning to an engineering role at Google, and we put production into full swing. Teaming with an in-house cinematographer, and gaffer, I directed, produced, and edited one of my favorite Udacity pieces.
